ROCK STEADY

was formed by Dennis Monroe and Steve Roberts early in 2006 shortly after Steve moved to the US from England.  The two met on an online artist profile web site, and after an evening jam, the two knew that all they needed was a drummer and they would be ready to work. Over the years they continued to work with different drummers and singers, and have been jokingly called "Work Steady" by other bands. They have played main stages backing tribute singers, and have also worked as a "Cream" tribute trio.  Although  they are both "dyed in the wool" rockers, Dennis and Steve are adept of playing any form of music, and enjoy doing so!

Nothing has compared to the present sound with the addition of the powerful vocals of Barbie Smereki, and drumming of Vlad Grafski. Barbie fronted a local band playing 80's songs, which is her favorite style of music. Vlad is a native of Estonia, and played with a European touring band with their own brand of 80's rock.

The common ground of course is rock, and the band performs music from the decades with intensity and passion, and delivers a high energy show that inspires the audience to get on their feet and dance.
